  • Leadership role in the Experience Design (XD) Department.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Design Leads, Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior Designers.

  • Manage end-to-end product design lifecycle for high-impact digital experiences across 15+ major multi-million-dollar accounts, including Pfizer, GSK, and Novartis. Oversee all phases from planning through to implementation, including EUA and FDA-approved launches.

    Key Achievements:

  • Led and managed the complete product design lifecycle for Pfizer’s PAXLOVID DTC and HCP websites, a first-in-market antiviral medication in the COVID-19 space, from Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) through FDA approval. The DTC website achieved over 6.5 million visits shortly after launch.

  • Revamped meeting cadences to integrate cross-functional partners (UX, Product Design, Engineering, Branding, Analytics, Digital Inclusion), significantly enhancing departmental and agency collaboration.

  • Develop and implement strategies for design leadership, ensuring alignment, shared goals, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Refine product design processes to unify vision and improve teamwork.

Lincoln Center is the world’s foremost presenter of performing arts. LC Digital concentrated on creating unique consumer experiences online, on mobile devices, and across its 16-acre Manhattan campus.

  • Redesigned eight festival websites with a templated design system, enhancing UX for 5 million annual visitors, accelerating build times, enabling modular thinking, and integrating a unified CMS for greater flexibility and usability.

  • Designed wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.

  • Collaborated with creative directors, UX architects, developers, and PMs.

  • Designed the Lincoln Center iOS app, enhancing event navigation, ticketing, and schedule viewing with new features like drink pre-ordering and interactive maps.

  • Presented design concepts to stakeholders, C-suite and conducted competitive analysis.

OCHA is responsible for bringing together humanitarian actors to ensure rapid responses to global armed conflicts and natural disaster emergencies.

  • Led design and creative direction for humanitarian projects, including microsites for The Global Humanitarian Appeal and World Humanitarian Data and Trends.

  • Collaborated with journalists, filmmakers, producers to integrate mission footage from conflict zones and disaster areas into digital products and campaigns.

  • Created infographics and data visualizations; served as the lead designer for the Syria Team and World Humanitarian Day 2015.

  • Art directed and designed the $500M Saudi Fund to Iraq report and its Arabic version for Saudi Arabia’s government, missions, and global agencies.

  • Assisted other UN departments with urgent, high-pressure projects.
